TERMS OF SERVICE

1. OVERVIEW

Text Roar is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that generates text via artificial intelligence (AI). Users submit prompts, receive AI-generated outputs, and may store those prompts and outputs in their account.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We do not actively verify age but reserve the right to terminate accounts of minors.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Creating an account requires a name and valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

"UGC" includes any prompts, instructions, or other material you submit, plus the resulting AI-generated text you choose to store or share.

• Licence to Text Roar : You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your prompts solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service (e.g., model fine-tuning, analytics).
• Ownership of outputs : Subject to applicable law, all AI-generated outputs belong to you. We will not publish or reuse them without your explicit consent.
• Prohibited uses : It is forbidden to use the Service to create, request, or disseminate illegal content, infringe third-party rights, engage in spam, or violate export-control or military-end-use regulations.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

The Service operates on a recurring subscription basis (weekly, monthly, or annual, as offered). Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, fees are non-refundable after the digital service begins and you have expressly agreed to immediate execution.

EU consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content not yet supplied. If you start using Text Roar during this period, you waive that right to the extent permitted by law.

6. CANCELLATION & RENEWAL

You may cancel at any time via your account settings; access remains active until the end of the paid period. We may change pricing or plans with at least 30 days' prior notice.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

"Text Roar", its logo, and all related software are the exclusive property of the Service provider. Except for the limited rights set out in Section 4, no intellectual-property rights are assigned or licensed.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. NO WARRANTY

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, Internet outages, or governmental actions.

11. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain (Madrid), unless another jurisdiction is mandatorily applicable.
